Framingham Gate

The Framingham gate automation and intercom replacement project was successfully completed, delivering significant improvements in both security and convenience for site users. The installation included Came Frog-X 24V motors and a ZLB24SA controller, providing robust and reliable gate automation for everyday use. The Came MTMA/Connect 4G intercom system enables secure, clear communication between visitors and residents or staff, ensuring that only authorised access is granted.

To enhance safety, two sets of safety photocells were fitted, each detecting vehicles or people in the gate area to prevent accidents. The pedestrian gate now features auto closure and is equipped with swing and pedestrian gate maglocks, all controlled via the intercom system. These features ensure that gates remain secure at all times, granting access only when permitted.

As a result of these upgrades, access control for residents and visitors has been streamlined, reducing waiting times and minimising the risk of unauthorised entry. The combination of advanced automation, secure communication, and comprehensive safety measures has greatly improved daily operations, site safety, and overall convenience for everyone using the facility.
